The Community system 1for6.com is a product of the Special Interest Net B.V..

The following user conditions apply to the 1for6.com and attached server including all partner sites
which each user must accept before entering the
Chatrooms, setting up a  Web profile, sending in an advertisement or any other publications on the Website.

Age restriction - to protect children and young people
it is forbidden to enter the Chatrooms under the age of 16 since some of the contents of these
Chatrooms are not suitable for such children.
The Chatmaster is empowered to throw children under the age of 16 out
of the chatrooms for their own protection.

Limitation of liability - different services of 1for6.com are offered
free of charge and can be withdrawn at any time without being subjected to claims
of compensation on the part of any user. All
names and InterNet addresses remain  the property of 1for6.com. Any
liability with exception of the liability on account of gross negligence or
deliberate action is excluded.

Chatname - each Chatter has the possibility of selecting  a
Chatname (pitch name) for the Chatroom and  for his profile. It should be 
noted that this is the only reference to his person which the Chatter has for other Chatters.

In general the Chatter has a free choice for his Chat and/or Pitch name.  There are,
however, the following exceptions:

Chatnames with the numbers  10, 11, 12, 13, 14,
15 (also written out) and, in addition,any name
which contains the word ' boy ' or ' Youngster ' (also in any
modified form) will not be tolerated.

These measures are necessary  in order to prevent any
paedophile character entering the Chatrooms.
    
Pictures - no pictures of children with genital organs (Penis,
testicles, sperm etc.) may  be seen in  connection with sexual
actions, etc., or advertisement for other sites. No obscene or
extreme sexual representations. Moreover, no pictures are
allowed which glorify any sort of violence(extreme SM or similar).

All pictures whose copyright is not with the owner of the Web
profile, are inadmissible in principle. Chatmaster - the Chatmasters are
co-workers and supervise the Chat and guarantee that the conditions and regulations 
are adhered to. The Chatmasters are to be treated with the 
necessary respect because they are only doing their job thereby providing order in the chatrooms.

Whoever insults or attacks a Chatmaster will be thrown out of the chatroom without any prior 
warning..

Chatiquette - since the Chat should be as open, tolerant and
without censorship as possible,  the adherence to certain rules is
absolutely necessary.· For example, other Chatters are not to be insulted or
provoked.

• Moreover, entering texts in capital letters is to be avoided since
  capitalizing in the Chat is interpreted as ' SHOUTING '.
• Copying of Chatdetail is permitted only for  purely private use.
  Publishing these cutouts is forbidden ©.
• Inserting  cutouts into the Chat is felt as disturbing and will  lead directly to exclusion.

Callboys, Escort - No Callboys, Escorts or similar will be tolerated in our Chat except in the particular Chatroom
created for Callboys! This applies also to  searching for such offers.
Information on such commercial contents is to be found in
the masthead. Encouragement of prostitution, expressions or circumlocutions
in the pitch name or profile (e.g. generous, pocket money, pay well
or something similar) which can be interpreted as encouragement for prostitution 
are not permitted and will not be tolerated.

Ideas on violence - Racist and glorification of violence in
writings in word or picture are not tolerated in this Chatroom and will be
removed immediately without prior warning.

Commercial contents - the commercial use by direct and indirect
advertisement, posting of links and references to services of the
author and third parties is not permissible without previous agreement of the
operators in particular. All contents will be considered as commercial  which refer
to InterNet homepages for which an  income  is aimed at as well as
the publication of 0900 -, 0190 -, 01805 ando foreign
service call numbers. Such offences will be punished with a contractual penalty to a value
of EUR 10,000  together with the costs of  identitfying 
the offender.

Obligations for 1for6.com users - each user is
obliged to treat e-mails and other messages confidentially and not
to make these accessible to Third parties without prior agreement of its author.  The same
applies to names, telephone numbers, fax numbers, addresses, email
addresses and/or URLs.

Furthermore, each user commits himself to behaviour obligations not to
use the Community system of  1for6.com in an abusive way- in particular:

• no defaming, insulting or provoking material should be offered or sought  over 1for6.com 
  similarly no illegal or pornographic material or similar information should be offered or sought through
  1for6.com
• not to use 1for6.com  to threaten, bother or offend others
  nor to infringe the rights (including personal rights) and not to load 
  any data which contain any viruses ( infected software ) 
• which are to be  found in software or other material, which is
  protected in copyright matters except in the case where  the user possesses the rights or the
  necessary agreement
• not to use 1for6.com in such a way as to intercept
  the availability of offers from advertisers unfavourably; nor to intercept or try to intercept
  emails. Not to send emails to members except for the purpose of personal communication
  nor to use emails as a means of offering goods or services to advertisers except in cases where
  
  this is expressly allowed by 1for6.com.
  not to send chain-letters which refer to drugs which include
  amongst others  LSD, THC, XTC, etc..
• not to publish telephone numbers, URLs or private addresses in the advertisements, profiles,
  the screen name and in the Mainchat. 

The infringement of one of the above behaviour obligations can lead to an immediate
deletion of the profile or advertisement and/or to the
entrance being blocked whereby civilian and criminal proceedings will ensue for the User.

User blockage - 1for6.com reserves the right to reject any individual User 
who infringes  these user- conditions permanently from the on-line
services of 1for6.com to. This can happen without giving any
reasons.

Protection of children and young people - 1for6.com is a youth-free
online service. Accordingly, all contents published by users of 1for6.com 
must conform with the rules and regulations for the protection of children and young people
of the Netherland.

Non-liability/Disclaimer: The information made available on the web
pages of the Special Interest Net B.V. was examined carefully and is
regularly updated. However, no liability or warranty  can be
taken for all the data  represented at any time completely,
correctly and in the latest verion. This applies in particular to all '
links ' to other Websites, to which one is referred directly or indirectly.
Regarding the links  the Special Interest Net B.V. would like to point out
expressly that it does not have any influence on the organization and
contents of the linked sites and does not own these contents. 
In addition, the regulations of the AGB of the Special Interest Net B.V. apply.

Final clauses

Salvatori clause: should one condition of the User regulations become invalid 
then the remaining regulations remain valid.
Special Interest Net B.V. reserves the right in this case to replace the
invalid regulation by a valid regulation which corresponds as nearly as possible
economically to the objective. The same applies in the case of a
gap of the User conditions. The Special Interest Net B.V. reserves
the right to change the User conditions at any time considering
the data security-legal regulations. A notification for the user
concerning this takes place via the adjustment of the updated User
conditions in the web page of the Special Interest Net B.V.. The users
are themselves responsible for examining the User conditions before each use of
the service for their topicality. With continued use of the service
after an actualization of these User conditions the user
agrees to the changes. If the user does not accept this agreement
a further recourse to the services for the user will be thereafter denied.

Place of delivery/area of jurisdiction
(1) place of delivery is the seat of the Special Interest Net B.V..
(2) if the User concerned is a buyer, a publicly legal special
estate or a legal entity of  public right, Venlo is agreed upon as the
exclusive area of jurisdiction.

All legal transactions madeby Special Interest Net B.V. with its Users are subject to the laws
of the Netherland under exclusion of the UN convention over the purchase of mobile things. If the present Treaty exists
in German and in an English version then the German  has priority and
is the standard version.

information or data, in particular the use of texts, partial texts or
